A day before the Muslim terrorist attacks in Paris, President Obama gave an interview on ABC News. It was run Friday. He spoke of the U.S. military as constraining ISIS — he always calls this well-organized Muslim army ISIL — which is preposterous. Russian planes have constrained ISIS. He spoke of “we.” There is no “we.” There are Putin and Assad.
ISIS supporters immediately praised the attacks in Paris. Muslims have “heavy feet,” one tweet said.
Now watch President Obama’s interview. Think of it as “mission not quite accomplished . . . but soon, soon. Trust me.”
ISIS claims responsibility for the Paris bombings. This may just be talk, but it is surely more relevant than Obama’s talk.
