  2. Just like the Atlantic, Pacific and the great lakes. We need to get rid of some of these oceans, we don't need that many.

    Whats new about THIS? We had this in the 1970s, PZLT technology which would completely block all light through Glass faster than the speed of light. It was used to prevent blindness from the FLASH of a nuclear detonation. The USAF had it in a visor, and also in the windshield of the B1B bomber. They block all light faster than the flash can get through the glass, they are "lightning" quick.
