  1. I STILL SAY & WILL ALWAYS SAY THAT RON PAUL SHOULD'VE BEEN OUR NEXT PRESIDENT. TOO BAD THE BIG-WIG RINO'S IN THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT ROBBED HIM & US OF THAT CHANCE. WE WOULD'VE FINALLY SEEN REAL CHANGE FOR THE BETTER IF THAT HAD HAPPENED. INSTEAD, THEY GAVE US ANOTHER WEAK RINO (JUST LIKE McCAIN IN '08) TO VOTE FOR & IT COST US THE WHITE HOUSE YET AGAIN. WHEN WILL THEY EVER LEARN ? RON PAUL HAS MORE OF AN UNDERSTANDING OF SOUND FINANCIAL POLICY, PERSONAL LIBERTY, &( I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYBODY SAYS) FOREIGN POLICY, THAN ROMNEY OR A THOUSAND OTHER RINO'S LIKE HIM COMBINED EVER WILL. BUT IT'S ALL GOOD…RAND'S GOT HIS EYE ON THAT 2016 BALL & WILL INHERIT HIS FATHER'S SUPPORTERS BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN EVEN BEGINS. HMMM, I WONDER IF HE'LL PICK ALLEN WEST TO BE HIS V.P. ? THAT'S A TICKET THAT THE DEMON-RATS COULDN'T BEAT, EVEN WITH VOTER FRAUD !!! OH WELL, BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES – THE NEXT 4 YEARS ARE GONNA GET BUMPY……………………….

  2. If he had been the man the majority really wanted, the money would have come in for him, and he would have had a higher appeal. Problem was, he was just too liberal in some regards, about drugs especially. Mainstream America, especially the conservatives movement, isn't that into allowing legalization. His fiscal pollicy was good. But his foreign policy was not one that could be embraced by conservative . . . leaving Israel behind wasn't a winner for most of us. His son may end up gaining the support for a higher office run that his father desired: young, well-spoken, conservative, family man supporting the original concept of marriage, not the Hollywood version. Support for him would cross barriers.

  3. The big money didn't flow to Paul. Every time he had a money bomb it broke records, but it broke records in that it was small money banding together. He had SRO crowds everywhere he spoke; the Romney campaign had to Photoshop pictures of Mitt's rallies to make them look larger than they were.

Then there was the corporate owned media blackout of Paul: he got fewer minutes' speaking time during the debates than any other candidate. He was always cut out of the group photos in the debates.

And lockstep support of Israel over the interests of America is not the guaranteed winner it used to be. Sheldon Adelson threw million$ to Mitt because he promised to kiss Israel's butt, and look where it got him.

  4. Seminole Katz says:

@ Greta : No Leader of the Free World has " left Israel behind " more that Obama. Israel has always been supported by America until Obama just ignored them. We ignore Israel at our own peril. God Blesses those that Bless Israel and curses those that curse Israel. Four more years of " The Ineligible One " is only part of God's lifting His hand of protection for America. Is Obama a " Hit Man and/or an Arms Dealer to the Terrorists ?" Watch the video below – the timeline story that the media conveniently ignored before the Election.

  5. It's too bad that it always comes down to how much money a candidate can raise. If all candidates had an even chance to get out their message, we would end up with someone the majority of Americans support. Who can raise the most money is not necessarily the person who is supported by the majority. A lot of the money going to campaigns is from unions, who have no business endorsing a candidate with it's members money. And how about money from evil organizations such as planned parent hood and the muslin brotherhood? It seems like the most evil candidate ends up getting the most support.

Give all candidates equal media time and let the voters decide.

  6. Isir Abelon says:

Ron Paul could have been President?. How could it be, he tried "3 times, all 3 failed. He is too old on his third try in 2012. 75 years old?. No way. He could have retired after the 2012 primary, instead he went on. He is a loser as well as his supporters.

  7. Obama still signs the aid checks to Israel every year, just like he will make a pilgrimage to the Wailing Wall and give his annual AIPAC speech every year he is in office. Israel is no friend of the US. Just ask the survivors of the USS Liberty attack. Remember the Lavon Affair.

  8. Are you one of those Israeli exchange students paid to proselytize on the blogs, or do you just answer directly to Cass Sunstein?

  9. Ron Paul had NO chance of being elected so he and his followers pouted and did their best to see Obama was relected.

  10. Hey danno
do you remember nixon – he ran so many times they were making nixon dolls for kids to play with.

  11. IN THE END, I WOUND UP VOTING FOR ROMNEY. BUT I'LL AGREE THAT RON PAUL HAD NO CHANCE – THANKS TO THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT RIGGING THE PRIMARY FOR ROMNEY, THAT IS !!! READ UP ON WHAT THE RINO'S DID TO RON PAUL'S DELEGATES THROUGHOUT THE PRIMARY PROCESS, IN STATE AFTER STATE. I'M NOT CRYING OVER SPILLED MILK HERE, I'M SIMPLY STATING VERIFIABLE FACTS. I CAN'T SPEAK FOR THOSE WHO WROTE IN RON PAUL ON THEIR BALLOTS, BUT I DO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID IT. I TRIED LIKE HELL TO TELL OTHER RON PAUL SUPPORTERS THAT NOW WASN'T THE TIME FOR "PROTEST VOTES", IT WAS TIME TO EVICT OBAMA. SO, DON'T BLAME ME FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS – I ACCEPT NO BLAME FOR WHAT HAPPENS. LIKE I SAID, I VOTED FOR ROMNEY…………………………….

  12. linda alicea says:

We will have a chance to nominate his son Rand Paul in 2016. Everyone should read his book "Government Bullies" it is Foreworded by Ron Paul and it has a wealth of knowledge in it of what our government does to We The People. And if Rand Paul should get elected he would most deffiantly have his dad as an advisor.

  13. "Conservative Movement" what are you talking about. That's been DEAD for a long time. The "Republican" party has been taken over by Liberals (neo-cons) for decades now. These liberals are LIARS and WARMONGERS who seek the destruction of the American Constitution. Proof: Bush eliminated the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution ("Patriot Act") and dramatically increased the size and debt of the US Govt. Romney said he would have signed the NDAA (Indefinite Detention of American Citizens w/o due process (no miranda rights) – just like Obama. Dude you need to wake up and see BOTH of these parties for what they are: Controlled by the same entities (follow the money), who seek the downfall of the American Republic (and they are winning). By your statements, you are out-of-date and no longer relevant – sorry, you need to face the truth.

  14. Many have tried and failed to become President. What of it?

Reagan was 73 when he ran for President in 1984. Was he better or worse than Barack Obama at 51?

Everyone has some interesting supporters. Is a militant "Paul Bot" who yells at Primaries better or worse than an Obama Union supporter who beats people or a member of the "New Black Panther Party" who brandishes a firearm? How about a Rapper who calls women "bitches" and "whores", waves firearms and calls Romney "bitch"?

Dr. Paul would have made a fine President. I think he'd do a lot better than the incompetent whom we have today.

  15. I voted for against Obama by voting for Romney. The choice made me feel sick to my stomach. I think that much of what Obama could do to Conservatives and Libertarians Romney would have gladly done to us all.

Please, Les, lets stick to facts and not fulminate needlessly about Dr. Paul.

  16. "Equal Media Time"? So in essence you want what we have now, only more so?

The Media already "covers" elections, Patty. How did they do for anyone by Obama and Romney? Did Dr. Paul, Mr. Kasich and other "alternative" candidates get any coverage?

We cannot afford to let the Media pick our candidates – any more.

  17. Dr. Paul's ideas arrived too soon. More Americans must suffer before things turn around in this country.

I cannot see any other reason that people continue to vote for the "lesser of two evils" than that they are not hurting enough to want to stop doing it.

  18. Obama was re elected because there was no difference between he and Romney. If the Paul supporters had enough authority to "throw" the election maybe the RINO party should have listened. But no it was the RINO party that smeared Paul to push Romney, it was the RINO party that gave Paul and his delegates the boot at the convention, it was the RINO party that was throwing the fit wanting its way over the needs of the voters. Enjoy your sour grapes.
