A neighbor called the sheriff’s office to report an argument between husband and wife.
The sheriff’s office recognized the disturbers of rural peace: a known “Constitutionalist.” You know the type. He owns guns. He doesn’t like invasions of his privacy. Troublemaker.
So, the sheriff sent a team of men to handle this.
They invaded the man’s home.
Then they began a search for marijuana. No warrant. “We don’t need no stinking warrant.”
They discovered tomato plants. But they were convinced at first that this was grass. The plants were green, after all.
Here are highlights.
“Bear! There are guys with guns outside!” shouted Marcella Cruz to her husband as she looked out the kitchen window of their farmhouse in Letha, Idaho.
Timidly opening the kitchen door, Marcella – a small, slender, middle-aged woman – spied a large man carrying a gun and wearing a tactical vest.
“Don’t go back into the house,” the stranger ordered Marcella as the woman instinctively retreated into the safety of her home.
At roughly the same time, another intruder armed with an assault rifle pounded on the front door.
“Come out!” he demanded.
As Marcella tried to shut the kitchen door, the first intruder – who outweighed her by at least 100 pounds – grabbed her by the left wrist and started to pull the terrified woman from the house.
“Why are you dragging me out of my home?” asked the terrified woman. “Why would you be pulling me out of my home?”
“Open the door,” insisted the assailant, using his weight advantage and leverage to extract the woman, who had braced herself against one side of the door while clinging desperately to the other with her right hand. As she lost her grip, the left side of Marcella’s body scraped painfully against the door frame before she was thrown to the ground.
Message: (1) Don’t argue noisily, (2) don’t own guns, (3) don’t grow tomato plants.

the cops nowadays are being brainwashed into believing they are above the law. they believe everone is either drunk or high on drugs at every traffic stop. they only associate with their own kind and very little with the AMERICAN public.
I find it horrifying that our government considers ordinary American citizens to be terrorists, while tiptoeing around Islamicists in the streets. But because of the "war on drugs," the property of American citizens may be confiscated at will, and many raids nowadays are counducted in the hope that traces of drugs may be found, so that the property may be seized and sold for income to the law enforcement entity making the seizure. Property owners have been killed during the execution of warrants whose premise turned out to be entirely false.
This is a disgrace to all those in law enforcement. I know several, and I can tell you cops like the ones described in the article are rare. However, the ones like these bozos in the article are a disgrace. The sheriff needs to be fired as well as those who drug that poor woman forcefully out of her home. This is nothing more than bully behavior.

Welcome to Obama's America where you are guilty until proven innocent, if the regime wants you to b or decides you are. And whether you really are innocent or not is beside the point. These cops need to be taught a lesson! Starting with an investigation as to why they can barge into someone's home without a search warrant? They all need to get to suspension for this until an investigation has been done! This is the very basic of entering someone's residence, the search warrant! Saying they don't need one is to ignore the very basic elementary teaching from the police academy. Before you enter someone's house or establishment, you need a search warrant! This is inexcuseable!
The problem is that the government tasks them with unconstitutional and illogical law enforcement. Traffic? Was my speeding actually hurting someone? Alcohol? Did I damage person or property? Drugs? Where is the victim who is inclined to press charges?
None of these areas needs law enforcement. they carry their own negative repercussions. They don't need jail time or fines.
Sad to say, but the police will continue to ramp up their drug war until the American people start shooting back.
First, caps-lock is not cruise control for cool. Simmer down. Stop yelling. You're hurting my eyes with all that loud typing.
Second, there is no difference between effecting a political change via violence if it's done by some brown-skinned foreigner, or a costumed, badge toting, knuckle-dragging revenue generator.
Third, a shooting war with the police is going to end with some dead civilians being blamed for "extremism" and some dead cops who will be called "heroes". The question is, are their enough American citizens left who understand freedom, and who are willing to die for it?
First, Obama is continuing the policies of Bush, who continued Clinton's, who continued Bush's, who continued Reagan's, who continued Carter's… Back tot he 30s when pot was deemed dangerous.
Second, who investigates cops? Cops. And if by chance the investigation DOES go to trial, who passes judgement? Lawyers and judges, and a jury that is schooled to obey the system.
Cops who kick in doors for no reason need to eat a bullet. Period. Just like any other thug with a gun, looking to loot, they need to die perpetrating their home invasion. Only then will other cops get it in their heads that theft is wrong, privacy is sacred, and they violate the rights of another human being at their peril.

Hello, I would like to respond to your comment sir if I may? My husband is a police investigator and at no time does he put himself "above" the law. He has given the last money in his wallet to buy a shirt for a known drug addict who was shirtless. He then prayed with him and told him that he thinks of him daily.Our family volunteers on a regular basis. All of my children are active in the community.I am a Girl Scout Leader,my husband is a "DO_DAD", a term for fathers who volunteer in Girl Scouts.We are also active in 4-H and the LEOs club(leos is a community service club for teens).My daughter is completing her last year in AWANAS.(she will be graduating out).We love the Lord and our fellow neighbors.My daughter wants to open a non profit restaurant and clothing cupboard for her community.So you see sir, not all police officers feel like they are "above" the law. What people do not understand about the (not our) government! the left nuts want total control as over life and death they want a new world order and then eleminate about 4 or 5 billion people then the planet will all be their Heaven on earth an life will be so good for the few that are left and there will be no more problems because they will get rid of the problems as they arrise it will be a perfect world for the few billionairs and the few left to support their lifestyle it will be the Egyption empire only better.because what is left will be under the control of the enlightened ones, the beautiful people,the smart ones only one thing wrong one greedy nut will want it all and it will start over trying to screw everyone else and take control.
