  1. Probably care for those "mentally disable" people are not provided directly in an State facility, but in private facilities (not being from NY, not really sure)
In Florida, private facilities with the "oversight" of private behavior analysts and state employees (probably where most of the costs come from) takes care of this.

Many years ago, in the name of compassion …(and let not kid ourselves, also in the name of lowering costs) most state run facilities for mental problems were close…the cost did not go way…it is now a Medicaid problem

  2. And here I have a friend that cares for a mentally and physical challenged girl who lives with her and receives 30,000. A year. Now you understand why our medical care system is broken. Not to mention other waists.. I find that Washington needs to have a good enema .. But the the American people would pick up a billion dollar tab for that one as well!

  3. GUESS MAYBE WE SHOULD KEEP OVOMITCARE, UNDER THIS BILL, PHSYICALLY AND MENTALLY CHALLENGED PEOPLE WON'T MAKE THE GRADE, IF THEY KEEP UP THIS KIND OF SPENDING ON TWO, PEOPLE, IT WILL NOT BE SUSTAINED, OF COURSE THIS IS WHAT THE DICK.TATOR WANTS TO START WITH………IT PREFERS AND SINGLE PAYER……….THE GOVERNMENT!!!

  4. are you kidding? An enema big enough for washington probably does not exist!
