A judge in Lubbock Texas was asked recently what could happen if Obama is re-elected — worst case. His response:
“He’s going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the U.N., and what is going to happen when that happens?” Head said.
“I’m thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we’re not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations. We’re talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.
“Now what’s going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He’s going to send in U.N. troops. I don’t want ’em in Lubbock County. OK. So I’m going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say, ‘you’re not coming in here.’ ”

The judge’s name is Head. The local newspaper missed its chance when it failed to use this headline: Head for the Hills. Maybe it was because West Texas has no hills.
The judge is a Republican. The Democrats immediately called for his resignation. The local Democrat said they have a man waiting in the wings to run against Judge Head in 2014. The man’s name is Bubba Sedeno.
West Texas politics are a bit strange. That was what we thought in East Texas, when I lived there (1980-98).
If America is ready for civil war to stop the inauguration of President Obama, it has not come to my attention.
It occurs to me that this scenario would be more appropriate if Obama is not re-elected. Why would he call in the United Nations if he is re-elected?
As for the United Nations, if U.S. troops are not fighting under the UN’s blue flag, who will be? What troops does the UN have? Canadians?
My view is that Americans will watch the Superbowl with greater concern than they will will Obama’s inauguration speech.
