Americans are learning how to beat the system, cheat the system, and outfox the system. As the bureaucrats tighten their many nooses, Americans are finding ways to slip the noose.
An article in Forbes offers examples. They are everywhere. Businesses are just ignoring the rules. They hire lawyers to help them avoid the law. They are fed up with the federal squid. They are not cooperating.
This is significant for the future. The heart of every legal system is legitimacy. If the government — family, church, or civil — is viewed as legitimate, people who are under its jurisdiction cooperate. They add self-government to external systems of sanctions. If they refuse to do this, the government’s enforcement system cannot force them to obey consistently. The system does not have enough resources to enforce compliance.
At some point, the government loses its ability to gain its goals. Collecting more taxes in Greece is not possible. The Greek government can promise austerity, but it can gain this only by reducing spending, not by collective more taxes. The same is true of Spain. The same is true of Italy.
If the people who live under the regime think the regime is corrupt, they cheat. They feel no guilt. If they think a law is immoral or stupid, they refuse to cooperate. The government can do little to change this outlook, other than shrink. No government does this voluntarily.
The federal government is now at the limit of enforcement. The bureaucrats write 83,000 pages of new rules every year, yet the country changes only slowly. The bureaucrats think they are in charge. They are not.
The Tea Party is a sign that the Feds have reached limits of compliance. The harder the Feds push, the greater the resistance.
For Christians, hopefully, this means a return to first-century Christendom (versus what has merely become Christianity), as per Acts 17:6-7: "And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also; Whom Jason hath received: and these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one Jesus."
Don't overlook, turning the world upside down entails those on top end up on the bottom.
America has been here before. McGuffey’s Eclectic Reader, America’s most popular school book in the 1800s, also testified to America’s earlyy form of theocratic government:

This was lost the moment the States ratified the humanistic (per the Preamble), anti-Christian (per Article 6), and polytheistic enabling (per Amendment 1) Constitution, which established a government of, by, and for the people rather than a government of, by, and for Yahweh.

The reason that people are being to resist cooperation with the government of USA is because the people no longer trust the government. The government does not utilize the same services that are offered to the citizens i.e. healthcare coverage. How could this create trust. This is only one example of many.
The tea party looks like they lost the fire. I fear that the good old boy system has crept in like a bad cancer. There will be a huge black market and more people will live off the grid. The enforcement of the Obamacare taxes on the young and underemployed is an impossibility. More will be unable to comply and will thus begin a life in avoidance of the government.
The politicos have indeed pronounced themselves rulers. Up in Park City, Utah at the golf course last night, people were held up for 30 minutes and the roads shut down, massive police presence. Was it a wreck? No. Get back in your car sir. This was Biden coming back from a fund raiser at the wealthy Deer Valley enclave. I cancelled one day of a conference in San Francisco because Obama would be there and snarl up and close down the city for half the day. They have given themselves the pomp and circumstance of kings. The people are beginning to seethe. This began when the humanist pushed God out, we have a government of men, and they will make of themselves rulers over us. This will not end well for the country.

Civil authorities must rule in terms of "good and evil", under God's higher authority (One Nation Under God), for the good of those who do right, and terror of those who do wrong. Those who rule are bound by the same laws as the rest of us. The duty of citizens is to acknowledge righteous civil government and no other. Tyrants have no claim upon our conscientious submission. People resist Tyrants and submit to righteous leaders by authority of God.
What are the Constitutional provisions to keep leaders in check? How do you hold bad leaders accountable? Run for office to unseat terrible leaders. Vote to fire evil leaders and hire righteous leaders. Go to city council meetings and speak up. Encourage State Attorney Generals to defend against the usurpations of the Federal Government. Organize petition drives for referendums against bad laws and to get good laws passed. Push for a Constitutional amendment to stop never ending attempts of evil to corrupt good government. Volunteer on righteous campaigns, petition drives, and get out to vote drives. Write letters to the editor. The silent majority must not longer be silent!

As a financial advisor, I constantly make clients aware of safe ways to evade the feds long arm. Bartering and unreported cash transactions are just a couple. Do I sleep well? Darn right! An unjust law, often enacted by questionable means, shouldn't hold any respect from people at all.

An unjust law is no law at all, and ought to be ignored. The Constitution claims, rightly, that WE THE PEOPLE are the sovereign, the Declaratioin of Independence states that the governed can only be governed BY THEIR CONSENT. When government attempts to usurp the place of sovereignty, they fail to understand that WE THE PEOPLE remain the sovereign.
When the nazis were rounding up all the Jews, a resistance movement grew up.. it was amazing how many of the "operatives" were names "Jan Schmidt".. John Smith. That guy sure got around, didn't he? Must have built ten thousand "safe rooms" in a year.
How many rum runners were there during Prohibition? I read of a sleazy runner working up on the North Coast of Canada… came into a small fishing port, the folks there told him to move along. US Revenue Agents came round hot on his trail, the locals arranged to secret him in a well hidden cove, told the Revenuers he'd not been seen in those parts. After the revenuers cleared port and headed out, they went and told the bootlegger the revenuers went south, but you clear out and don't come back. They kept their town clean, but refused to surrender their quarry to the unjustly operating revenuers.
This is happening now, and will increase as the squid of oppression tries to insert his tentacles into every aspect of our lves. In England I understand the traffic speed cams on the motorways have an interesting habit of disappearing….. no clues, never caught anyone meddling, but they just disappear on a regular basis.

There is so much We, the People can still do and still join together on so many issues with all kinds of groups and sorted organization allies to gain our Country back from the Fascism to some and Tyranny to some and corruption and manipulation to most.
I personally don't understand why any of us has to obey ANY Laws anymore when Our president and congress and department of Justice including the Supreme Court pick and choose which laws they will adhere to and pick and choose which to enforce in spite of their sworn oaths. There are peaceful ways to get together with many groups left and right and even the anarchists to force the government to step down or down size dramatically. Many that No One has even touched on. Anti-government complete labor shut downs for one. Like they did back in the "80's" in Poland to gain their independence.) The free markets in the U.S. and the stock market is now completely manipulated and controlled and corrupted by government insider trading. The internet is controlled almost entirely by UN, NSA, CIA, Obama Administration, FBI and all local law enforcement. Homeland security is here to kill us, not help us. We could even make it complete chaos for them to try and round us up in the FEMMA Camps by "Ghosting" our addresses and changing our onboard computers in our cars and leaving cell phones in different places or swapping with people and buying jammers and tracker blockers and even create an entire new industry of anti-government blocking in the process so they can't eaves drop or locate you etc, etc. Not to mention the huge revenue loses we, the people could inflict. If the majority of people would just stop adhering to laws, there would be a complete breakdown. We ALL, left and right and the Anarchist could crash the dollar and not recognize the debt. The U.S. does not and never did own the dollar. It is a third party printed paper. They do not have collateral to back up how much play money they print and lent the U.S. government and that is the very reason Kennedy was killed. If we crash it now as opposed to the U.S. government crashing it anyway in a couple of years, we get our input and vote to not acknowledge the debt as ours like Iceland (but we take up arms as a deterrent against China and NWO) did and they are fine. Crash the government under our terms that the U.S., constitution is fully 100% restored (We would have been taken over a long time ago without the 2nd amendment in spite of how people think about owning a firearm.) and then lets go another couple hundred years til we have this discussion again. Either way everyone, the U.S. government is crashing but they want to wipe us all out with it and then fall under complete UN law. That IS THE PLAN, PERIOD Let's control our demise and let the crash hurt but get it over with but on our terms so lets join with even Occupy Wall Street people and bring all those "Ivory Towers" down with the lawyers and the Elitists with it. As a senior on Medicare, I have already made a deal with my doctor that if Obama is reelected and there is no escape from his power grab (Medicare will be gutted), my doctor will give me a discount for cash. Father – Daughter Talk
A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so
many others her age, she considered herself to be a very liberal
Democrat, and among other liberal ideals, was very much in favor of
higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words,
redistribution of wealth.
She was deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican,
a feeling she openly expressed. Based on the lectures that she had
participated in, and the occasional chat with a professor, she felt that
her father had for years harbored an evil, selfish desire to keep what
he thought should be his.
One day she was challenging her father on his opposition to higher taxes
on the rich and the need for more government programs. The
self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the
truth and she indicated so to her father. He responded by asking how she
was doing in school. Taken aback, she answered rather haughtily that she
had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain, insisting that
she was taking a very difficult course load and was constantly studying,
which left her no time to go out and party like other people she knew.
She didn't even have time for a boyfriend, and didn't really have many
college friends because she spent all her time studying.
Her father listened then asked, 'How is your friend Audrey doing?'
She replied, 'Audrey is barely getting by. All she takes are easy
classes, she never studies, and she barely has a 2.0 GPA. But she is so
very popular on campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited
to all the parties, and lots of times she doesn't even show up for
classes because she's too hung over.'
Her father asked her, 'Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him
to deduct a 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend Audrey, who only
has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that
would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.
The daughter, visibly shocked by her father's suggestion, angrily fired
back, 'That's a crazy idea. How would that be fair? I've worked really
hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work.
Audrey has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I
worked my tail off!'
The father slowly smiled, winked, and said gently, 'Welcome to the
Republican Party.'

I don't qualify for Medicare for another 2 years, so have no insurance right now. I use a clinic that ONLY takes uninsured people, so I'm not sure what will happen to it, once Obamacare actually kicks in. My state doesn't have Medicaid, because our DEMOCRAT governor, McWhorter, started what's known as TennCare, & dropped out of Medicaid. Plus he obtained a waiver from Obama for Obamacare for Tennessee, before he left office. So, I have NO idea of what will happen. However, I DO know that I believe in, & trust in, God, & He WILL take care of me, no matter what. And, good for you & your doctor.
What a shame that your mother had an ignorant child that had to ride the short bus to school. Now back to your play pen and get your diapers changed.

Read 1 Samuel 8… where the people clamored for a king. We, in essence, did the same thing, and we are reaping the same fate as Israel. We turned from God, just as the Israelites did, many times over. This country was founded on our faith in God, which was why we were blessed with so much, for so many years. Then, in the last 60-100 years, we have have slowly but turned from God and have lost His blessings. We have reaped what we have sown… and we did it in less time than Israel did. God's patience is long-suffering, but we as a people are stiff-necked, and His patience is wearing thin.

It's sad that people would actually give your comments a thumbs down. It just goes to show how ignorant most people are, because they don't realize WHO the real enemy is. They'd rather stick their heads in the sand and wait for the boom to come down. The government will NEVER be the solution to our problems. It will be a small minority who are willing to put their necks on the line. The rest of the people will either be carried away captive, or reap the benefits of the sacrifices of the few.
